I’m having a problem with this game on my phone, whenever I try to connect to a server it says that I’m not connected to WiFi, but I’m right next to the router. Are the servers down?

okay, so i dont know if this is a bug or a glitch, but in the old building when you have to combine a rope with a hook in order to get a blue key and climb out, i discovered that before doing that i had to use the rope and the hook to get the study key thats stuck in one of the jailcells, but the thing is, i used the rope and the hook to get the blue key in the basement before getting the study key, and now i cant take back the rope and the hook to advance. so now im stuck and cant do anything unless a replay the entire game again.
